What does working together actually look like?
We agree the scope and cost together. Everything gets confirmed in writing before work begins. The project is built, checked and adjusted through any agreed revisions. You deal with the same person the whole way through.
How do I get started?

How does the agreement work?
Small and straightforward projects are confirmed by email contract, with scope and deliverables agreed in writing before work begins. Larger and longer-term engagements are covered by a full contract. A deposit is required before work starts on any project.
How long does a project take?
Most projects take three to seven days. Bigger or more involved projects usually run two to four weeks. It really depends on the scope, and a rough timeline is always agreed before work begins.
How many revisions do I get?
One revision is included as standard. Further revisions can be agreed if needed.
Do I need to provide my own content?
You can provide your own text and images, or PHdigital can take care of it, either as part of a package or as a separate copywriting service.
What is SEO and do I need it?
SEO is the process of making your website easier for search engines like Google to find and understand, and the same keyword thinking applies just as much to your Google Business Profile and social media as it does to a website. Every website PHdigital builds includes basic on-page SEO as standard. Keyword research, local search, and ongoing optimisation are available as separate services.
How do I pay?
Payments are handled via PayPal or bank transfer.
What do I actually get at the end of the project?
You get all related files, which you own outright, plus a brief PDF manual covering the basics of managing and maintaining your site. No lock-in, no platform dependency.
Can I update the website myself after it is delivered?
Yes, if your site is built on WordPress, which is made to be managed without a developer for day-to-day content changes. Hand-coded sites are typically simpler by design and not intended for self-editing, but this can be discussed if it matters to you. One thing worth knowing: if you change the copy yourself after delivery, on-page SEO for that content is no longer covered, since it depends on the wording itself.
Do you offer ongoing support after the project is finished?
Yes. Post-launch maintenance is available at an hourly rate. A monthly or yearly retainer can be arranged for regular updates, backups and ongoing tasks, with pricing depending on scope and frequency.
What happens if I need changes after the project is delivered?
Obvious technical issues caused by PHdigital are covered under a two-week warranty at no charge. Any other changes requested after delivery are handled as post-launch work and priced accordingly.
Can you help if I already have a website but it needs work?
Absolutely. Existing sites are welcome, whether you need a one-off audit, an SEO tune-up, a redesign, or longer-term support.
